Charles Schnenck was arrested for his antiwar activities during World War One. He opposed the war because it would only led to mass suffering and death and will only benefit the rich who stand to profit from the war. He was arrested under the Espionage Act on the grounds that during times of war, limiting the freedom of speech was justified. (:D)
