So to find the unit rate, you have to divide 125 divided by 5 to find how much cable can be placed in 1 minute. 125 divided by 5= 25
So, 25 meters of cable can be placed in 1 minute. 
The ratios are: 
125:5 = 25:1
Another way to write the ratio is:
125/5 = 25/1
