the correct answer is 7.24

a(t) = 1.87

v(t) = 1.87t

x(t) = 1.87 / 2 t^2

final velocity = time, when x(t) = 14

so, 1.87 / 2 t^2 = 14

tƒ = √28 / 1.87

vƒ = 1.87 * √28 / 1.87

I got this answer from another person and it helped me so hopefully it helps someone else too!!
