Let the width be x.
Length: 5"+2x

102=(5+2x)x
102=5x+2x²
0=2x²+5x-102

x=-8.5 or x=6" (I used my graphing calculator to find this)

Since width cannot be negative, the only solution left would be 6. The length would be (5+2(6))=11"

Hope I helped :)
