By definition we have that the distance is given by:

[tex] d = v * t
[/tex]

Where

v: speed

t: time

Substituting values we have:

[tex] d = (30) (45)

d = 1350 m
[/tex]

Therefore, the distance traveled is 1350 meters.

Answer:

an ant could move in 45 minutes about:

[tex] d = 1350 m [/tex]
