The Middle Passage was a triangular trade route that connected Africa, Europe, and the Americas. It was how they traded slaves, resources, and other goods to different areas. It was important, because the explorers in Europe were looking to find different resources and make wealth. They wanted goods back from other places so that it could enrichen their lives. Overall, it was a great system for them.
