Given that line BH bisects angle EBC, then angle EBH = angle HBC

Thus, 6x + 12 = 8x - 10
8x - 6x = 12 + 10
2x = 22
x = 11

Therefore, EBH = 6(11) + 12 = 66 + 12 = 78 degrees.
