The answer is renin, the source organ is kidney and the chemical composition is peptide. The triggering point is secreted in reaction to low blood pressure or plasma volume or sympathetic stimulation. The target organ and effect is performing as an enzyme to pledge renin angiotensin mechanism of aldosterone release and returns blood pressure to normal.
