1. Solve for b:
A = 1/2 bh

2. Solve for C:
F = 9/5 C + 32

1. first multiply both sides by 2 to get rid of the fraction
2A = bh
then divide both sides by h to get b alone
2A/h = b
2. 
subtract 32 from both sides to get C alone
F - 32 = 9/5C
Multiply both sides by 5 to get rid of the fraction
5F -160 = 9C
To get just C, divide both sides by 9
5F-160/9 = C
