the length is 6/5 of the width, which is 12. so you multiply them, 6/5 times 12/1 and you get 72/5 which simplifies to 14 and 2/5 or 14.4. so your length is 14.4. which means your perimeter is 52.8 inches. and to get the area you just multiply 12 by 14.4 and you get 172.8. so your perimeter is 52.8 and your area is 172.8
