All you do it multiply 18 by 10.6. You will get 190.8 feet per minute.

I know that the unit rate for this hot-air balloon is 18 feet per hour, so now I just need to take 18 times 10.6 minutes to get how far the balloon descend which equal 190.8 feet. As a result, the hot-air balloon descended total 190.8 feets in 10.6 minutes. Hope it help!
