Since there is no picture i'll just give you an example of how to solve it.

All you need to do is multiply all the numbers together and then the total is your area.
So if its 5cm,7cm,4cm,6cm all you need to do is multiply them.
5x7x4x6=840  so the surface area would be 840cm.
