In America Britan and Germany and generally effected most of Europe due to America's economy failing. Germany was in debt and unemployment was on the rise , Britan was effected by the war and like many other European countries they started to rely on the US for financial help as they where a major creditor for post war Europe. so basically most of Europe and the US
