a quadratic function has any root when replacing that number the equation is equal to zero

so

[tex](x+5)(x+5)[/tex]

now solve the multiplication

[tex]\begin{gathered} (x\times x)+(x\times5)+(5\times x)+(5\times5) \\ x^2+5x+5x+25 \\ x^2+10x+25 \end{gathered}[/tex]
