1.) Plot the numbers on the y-axis (vertical line) and the countries on the x-axis (horizontal). Then, put "Cars (billions)" to label the y-axis and put "Country" to label the x-axis. There is an example attached.
2.) Do the same thing as #1 but label the y-axis with "People (hundreds)" and the x-axis as "Colonies".
3.) Japan because 8 is the greatest amount comparing to the other countries.
4.) Japan made 6 million more cars than Spain since 8 - 2 = 6. (We are counting the cars in millions)
