the general equation of a circle is given by (x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2

where (a,b) are the coordinates of the center.

from the given equation then (1,0) will be the center of the circle. and for the radius of the cirlce equate r^2 with 5...r^2=5 therfore r=
