Are you talking about the x and y coordinates? If you are, x-coordinate is abscissa, and the y is ordinate

Answer:

Abscissa = X coordinate

Ordinate = Y coordinate

so here it is given that the coordinates ate in such a way that abscissa is zero always and ordinate is negative.

So here we can say that

x = 0

y = negative

so all such points will lie on negative y axis of the graph

So all the locations on negative y axis will satisfy the condition where abscissa is zero and ordinate is negative
