y=mx+c

m= the slope= (-1-(-4))/(2-4)=3/(-2)=(-3/2)

we sub one of the points to find c

so -4=((-3/2)*4+c

so -4=-6+c
2=c so y=-(3/2)x+2

hope this helps :)
