it is a linear eauation so firstly you draw the line to have an idea the find the gradient
which is (y2-y1)/(x1-x2)
in our case 3
so
y=mx+c (m represents gradient)
y=3x+c
look one of the points to solve
1=3(-2)+c
7=c
so the equation is y=3x+7
