X = 2/3
Y= -1/2

Answer: 1/6

x = (4-2)/3 = 2/3
y = (5-6)/2 = -1/2
x + y = 2/3 + (-1/2)
2/3 - 1/2
LCM (least common multiple) is 6 so just cross multiply
4/6 - 3/6 = 1/6
