What a person does, because you can think about doing all of these nice/ bad things but it only affects people if you actually do it.
This is a difficult question. But I'd say what a person does. Because isn't what a person does a direct reflection of what a person thinks? I mean, people usually act off of their feelings, thoughts, opinions, etc.
