How would a soil that developed in a warm, wet place be different than one that developed in a hot, dry place

Soil developed in a warm, wet place will have more organisms in it. It will have more bacteria and it will be more conducive to life. Soil developed in a hot dry place makes it harder for a plant to grow and thrive there, as well as other organisms.
