It is important to stay hydrated because you can pass out if you get dehydrated. LOL that actually happened to me once. anyway it is important bc u don't want to pass out and staying hydrated helps ur skin and hair molecules. ur skin won't be pale and ur hair will grow. Hope this helps!!
