i’m pretty sure it’s
$7.05

if the price was $11.99, and sale tax was 0.96, then you add them up which equals $12.95. if Jorge paid with a $20 bill, and you want to know the change then you do $20.00 minus $12.95, which equals $7.05

i could be completely wrong but that sounds about right!
