The dimensions are; 2cm, 2cm, 5cm respectively.

i.e ;

l = 2cm

b = 2cm

h = 5cm

SA of rectangular prism = 2(lb + bh + hl)

Put values.

SA = 2(2×2 + 2×5 + 5×2)

= 2× 24

[tex] \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 84 {cm}^{2} [/tex]

Therefore the Surface area is 84cm^2.
