(m) You said -1 - 3 = -2, but it's -4. That would make m = 2.

(b)That would make the equation: y = 2x + b, and when you plug in (3,3), you get 3 = 3(2) + b --> 3 = 6 + b --> -3 = b

(equation) That makes the equation y = 2x - 3
