i really dont know but im thinking this is it - In 1 day there are 24 hours x 60 min/hour x 60 seconds/min = 86 400 seconds

So divide 9.39 x 10^9 by 86 400 to determine the # of days there are

AL2006

                 (9.39 x 10⁹ seconds) x (1 day / 86,400 seconds)

       =        ( 9.39 x 10⁹ / 86,400 ) day

       =          108,681 days

                 (almost 298 years)
