Equation of a line is:

y=mx+C

------------------------

We're looking for m as m stands for gradient.

2x-6y=0 (Divide all terms by 2)

x-3y=0

3y=x

y=1/3x

y=1/3x+0

Therefore m=1/3, C=0.
