Hi!

The equation for finding the AREA of a TRIANGLE is simply: half times base times height, or, 1/2xbxh.

The base here is 6

The height here is also 6

Substitute these values into the formula!

1/2 * (6) * 6)

Multiply!

1/2 * 36.... (6 * 6 = 36)

1/2 * 36 = 18

So, the triangle is 18 sq. units!

B. 18

You’d take the number for both sides and multiply
6x6 is 36
You’d then take 36 and divide by 2
36/2 = 18
Hope it helped :)
