y - 1 = 2/3(x - 1).

Point slope form is y - y1 = m(x - x1) where m = the slope and (x1, y1) is a point on the line.

y = 2/3x + 1/3   which gives the slope m = 2/3.

We can now find a point on the line by putting x = 1 say then find y:

y  = 2/3(1) + 1/3  =  2/3 + 1/3 = 1 so  the point is (1, 1).

(x1, y1) = (1, 1)

So the answer is ;

y - 1 = 2/3(x - 1).
