There are none that work, the only close two are 3 and 24 + 2 and 25, but they multiply to 72 and 50, but if you can use decimals, you could use 2.445+24.555

If it's 17 instead if adding to 27, 12 and 5 work.

12 + 5 = 17

12 * 5 = 60
