Short Answer: The future economy doesn't look very good right now.

Almost every product follows this boom and bust pattern of something coming out, doing insanely well, then proceeding to fall and burn extremely quickly. Since this affects almost everything, once it starts happening to bigger companies main products, those businesses may fail and then the economy goes
