From least to greatest:

2/15  <  1/5  <  4/18  <  3/11

( 2/15 has the least value and 3/11 has the greatest value)

3/11 because you have to find a common denominator. I used 100 as mine and you divide that (100) by the original denominator (11) then multiply the numerator (3) by the number you get from that (9.09) and you should get 27.27/100
