Answer: No the points cant represent a function.

Step-by-step explanation: The domain (aka the input) 2 has two ranges (aka outputs). In a function an input cant have more than one output.

F(2)=3 and f(2)=5 so as we can see the input 2 has more than one range, so the points given cant represent a function.
