Human rights is when every person has the same rights and freedoms. Its kinda like civil rights, but human rights gives EVERYONE the same rights and freedoms like freedom of speech, freedom of religion, etc. but its hard to tell if some countries have human rights because the citizens are harshly controlled, but they get a little freedom though. hopefully this helps you
