Answer: y = 126

Explanation:

[tex]\frac{1}{2}y[/tex] + 1 = 64

      -1     -1  

[tex]\frac{1}{2}y[/tex] = 63

(2)[tex]\frac{1}{2}y[/tex] = 63(2)
