1/3 (4+2)=-2/5(x-9) and x=4

So it will be
1/3(6)=-2/5(-5)
then will remove minus
1/3*6=2/5*5
then cancle 3 and 6 will be 2 and remove 5
So it become like this 2=2 it is True
