There are many lines which could harbour such a point...

One example which comes to mind is:

y=x+3

Equally, the line y=2x+3 could also be a possibility. You could find other possible lines which would harbour this point... As long as when x=0, y=3, your answer would be correct.

Ok so 0 would be your origin so start on the origin the move your way over three times
