Hi there!

To solve this is pretty simple - To put this into a decimal, we divide the numerator by the denominator. But first, I like to simplify this down to its simplest form.

It would be 4/10.

4 ÷ 10 = 0.4

There's your decimal answer! 0.4!

If you wanted to make this into a fraction, however, you would multiply your decimal by 100 to make 40%.

Hope this helps! :D
