f(x) = (x + 3)²

g(x) = f(x) - 7.

g(x) = (x + 3)² - 7

g(x) = (x + 3)(x + 3) - 7

g(x) = x*x + x*3 +3*x + 3*3 - 7

g(x) = x² + 3x + 3x + 9 - 7

g(x) = x² + 6x + 2
