They can start doing this by trying to understand the hardship that each social group has to face in their daily lives and start to contribute to help needed people on smaller scale.
This could be achieved by forming an adolescents group either from college or local community background, and work together for a certain cause that related to human rights. For example, they can do a garage sale to collect fund that help children from minority group to obtain proper education.
