Factor the polynomial 3x^2(x-4)-5(x-4)

Notice that (x-4) is a factor of both sides of the given expression. Factoring (x-4) out, we get:

3x^2(x-4)-5(x-4) = (x-4)(3x^2 - 5). These are the factors you wanted.
