[tex]y - 1 = \frac{2}{3} (x - 5)[/tex]
[tex]y - \frac{3}{3} = \frac{2}{ 3} x - \frac{10}{3} [/tex]
[tex]y = \frac{2}{3} x - \frac{7}{3} [/tex]
Therefore
[tex] \frac{2x}{3} - y = \frac{7}{3} [/tex]
Since ax+by=c is standard form
